Culinary Director Kyle Mendenhall is teaming up with Mark and Katie Waltermire of Thistle Whistle Farm for a magical dinner celebrating one of the most important ingredients in Southwestern cuisine: chiles. Chef Kyle will work the Waltermires’ colorful harvest into an array of dishes that elevate the chiles’ sometimes-spicy, always-complex flavors.
